We bought occurring single serve coffee brewer about two months ago. For some reason it failed. One called the customer service with a few photographs in an explanation and they speedily sent us a new unit that works perfectly..
Excellent Customer Service this unit was a warranty replacement easy process after issues with the original a new machine was sent out to make things right.
My coffee maker failed at on year and when I called customer service they were professional, personable and efficient. It’s infrequent that you get this type of service. Cudos to you and your phone representatives - well done and I will be a loyal customer now.
I purchased my Keurig in May of 2021. I had a little hiccup with it & after contacting customer service, they solved the issue. This is our first Keurig & we absolutely love it.
This Keurig supreme was my favorite single serve coffee maker. After only having it 3 months, it got stuck in the descaling mode and I contacted support. They tried to correct the problem but to no avail. They had my replacement Keurig out to me within a few days. Excellent warranty service and support.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this Keurig - when it works. For some reason, this machine will just stop turning on. This is the second one I have gotten within a year, and both have had the same issue. I have called customer service and researched online, but can't figure out why this happens or how to fix it. Luckily, Keurig offers a 1 year warrantee and will replace these machines. But I would pay extra just to not have this happen every few months.
