This K-Supreme Single Serve is the best Keurig product I have ever had. The water carafe is so much easier to use with its front facing handle. The coffee tastes better due to the multi needles making the perforations for the water to go through the K-cup.

Very disappointed

I received my new machine for Christmas 2020. I cleaned it with descale solution yesterday July 11, 2021 and it will not come back on. I can’t believe that the newer machine just stopped working after using keurig cleaning solution! Very disappointed that it didn’t last!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased our new Keurig Supreme last Nov. Stopped working. Contacted Keurig. Went thru the troubleshooting steps. Determined unit needed to be replaced. Our unit was under warranty. Keurig shipped a new unit immediately. And the new unit cones with a 12 month warranty. Just love a company that stands behind their product.
This model is so easy to use!! My 2.0 bit the dust and I purchased this one as a replacement. I am LOVING how easy it is to refill the water reservoir and now I have multiple choices for the amount I want to brew along with an OVER ICE setting!! I was really sad that by 2.0 bit the dust- but not anymore!!! So happy with the slim design and great tasting coffee!!
