not a quality machine

purchased at the beginning of this year and it is already broke. won't turn on after descaling the unit. coffee is hot one time and then luck warm the next. very disappointed. I have purchased 4 different coffee makers from keurig and had no problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've started a new (and hopefully, long lasting) relationship after my previous relationship abruptly ended after just 6 short months. I'll admit, I was feeling alone and a little broken when it ended.
It may seem strange to some people that the former and current look and act so much alike. What can I say... I have a type. I definitely feel confident that this is THE ONE... When I wake up in the morning, my "Special-K" is the one that has me feeling like I'm ready to face the day. I know it is really fast, but I think I'm in love ❤.
Anyway, I want to thank Keurig for sending me a new K-Supreme brewer after my previous one broke. You saved me!

I have had several keurigs and have given them as gifts. On two occasions they malfunctioned and keurig has replaced them with hardly any questions asked. Keurig Customer service is beyond reproach. I will never be without a keurig and I am glad to know that if need be keurig will be there to help. Good customer service is alive and well thanks to keurig.

I received the Keurig K-Supreme as a gift and was very pleased. For some reason, it just stopped working and I tried everything but no luck. So,,, I called Keurig customer service hoping they could help. Fortunately, I had registered it but being a gift, I had no receipt. The associate helped me with the warranty process and I received a new coffee maker. I'm a happy drinker now!!
