Quit working after 4 months , Keurig sent us a new one in less than a week , very happy , yes I would recommend Keurig to a friend. the one we had before lasted 5 years.
The bad news our Keurig K-Supreme stopped working less than 6 months of being put into service. The good news is Keurig stands behind their coffee makers. After getting on the phone w a CSA I had an email with the docs necessary to receive a warranty replacement. After emailing a copy of the original receipt showing it was under warranty Keurig promptly sent a new coffee maker & within a week of the original inquiry we were back brewing in our Keurig. My ratings of 3 stars for quality & price reflect the fact the original coffee maker failed.
This is my third Keurig in about month! Fortunately, they keep replacing them at no charge. The issue is - and I've read many similar comments from others - when the coffeemaker starts to heat and brew, it draws and inordinate amount of electrical current. As a result, lights flicker while it is brewing, and electricians tell me this could result in a serious electrical issue.
Obviously, Keurig is aware of the problem, because they keep apologizing and sending me new ones. Wouldn't it be better if they would just fix the issue?
