I had one that actually boiled the water, it was so hot I got tired of having my mouth and tongue burned. So I got this one. Old one took forever and this one is so fast! Makes great coffee, is quiet and love the reservouir so I don't have to add water every time.

I love my new Keurig! The 5 holes instead of 1 to let the water flow thru the coffee makes a big difference. The water reservoir is larger but the whole Keurig takes up less room on my counter. Has wonderful features as well!

Best Keurig yet

Updated from the Keurig Elite which is still going strong and will be donated to a family member. Does the 5 nozzle system deliver? Yes! As much as I liked the brew from my pervious Keurig, this is even richer, not night and day, but noticeable. Love the compact size, and it is the quietest Keurig by far. We appreciate that the water level is so much easier to view on the K-Supreme. The controls are easy and reliable, and it has all the functions we need. We don't need a clock on our coffeemaker, The K-Supreme heats up so quickly that having a pre-set turn on time, or leaving it on for a pre-determined time is unnecessary. Simple to operate, place, and simply the finest cup of coffee.

I was pleasantly surprised at how fast, quiet and strong this coffee maker was. My previous k-cup type brewer took several minutes to heat the water prior to starting and would make so much noise doing it. With this Keurig maker, it's starts in about 3 seconds, does it very quietly and makes my coffee much stronger than my previous maker. On top of that the water reservoir can be on the side or in the back giving my options to place it in my limit counter space.

Good coffee maker, but leaks water

We received as a gift 18 months ago and now it leaks water from the lower seal where the reservoir fits into the main body.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
