I absolutely love my Keurig coffee maker but the first one stopped working for no apparent reason but luckily I had filled out the warranty online and they sent me a brand new one at no cost. Up and running again and I absolutely love it
I called after only having my maker after 6 months and it broke. The people at Keurig sent me a brand new one after I sent all the required photos in. It was a very easy process.
My Keurig failed before warranty was out. I was impressed that you accepted the fact that I received it as a gift and had no receipt. Thank you. I usually send in warranty card on small appliances but this one did not. Need to make sure that the warranty is recorded on replacement
My relatively new Keurig stopped working, when I called, the customer service representative was very friendly and helpful. I received a new one within the week.
I purchased my keurig a few months ago came in one morning and it wasn’t working. I called Keurig and let them know, Once I confirm my purchase I received my Keurig machine within two days it was so fast and efficient. Thank you Keurig for doing this, I love my machine.
