Bought my Keurig at Christmas, it died 6 months later, so sad! Called customer support, responded to a couple questions, brand new replacement showed up a week later, I was impressed. I am use to getting a song and dance, then waiting a couple months if a replacement is promised from other vendors, Keurig this is not normal.
I’ve had many Keurig coffee systems over the years- this one is the best! The new convenient water reservoir with a handle, and the new multi- puncture technique, make this THE BEST YET!!
I enjoy the features of this particular model. I received it as a birthday present in November 2020. But since that time, we are now in July 2021 we are working on our third replacement. I would not recommend this particular model to anyone. My husband and I are longtime keurig users. Thank goodness for their one-year warranty. That’s the only reason we are continuing to use this coffee maker. At least customer service is good!
Bought a Keurig about six months ago for Xmas for my wife. It quit working, now power, but Keurig sent me a new one without question. The new one seems to have more steam than the previous one, perhaps the first one never did work 100%. Thanks Keurig.
I needed a replacement and Keurig was efficient and thorough. They diagnosed the problem in a timely manner. I received the replacement in a short time.
I purchased two of these and have had to call to try and get the rescale to reset after cleaning. Both have just quit working and fortunately they have sent me new one. However, it just happened again on my pot so I am continuing to use it instead of calling to try to get it to reset. I think there must be an issue with these type of pots. I’m. Disappointed but truly love the size of it. Sad I keep having this issue and hate that I have another one that has the descale lit and won’t go off. I’ve cleaned it and keep using it with a lit button. Company notices it and I doubt any of them will purchase this coffee pot.
