This Coffee pot sucks. When brewing it splatters as ll over. I complained and they replaced it. The new one does the same thing! Not happy with it at all. I would expect something better from Keurig.

Good at first then disappointed

I originally got this model in December 2020 and by February 2021 it had smoked up and then wouldn’t turn back on. Then I got a replacement and today it did the exact same thing. There were also some days where I would press a certain oz and would barely get a good brew. I called customer service and they were very nice and sending me an upgrade. I hope it is much better than this one!
