My <1 month single serve Keurig K Supreme maker stopped working all together when I tried to descale it. Keurig sent me a replacement quickly and without question. I returned the broken one to them but they provided a free UPS return label.
I have always loved my Keurig coffee makers and after the great customer service I received, I will continue to always be a Keurig customer.
I have had at least 5 or 6 now. So convenient and easy to use. Mine don't alway last as long as I would expect but when I have had issues, customer service has been great.
Keurig's customer support is awesome. I bought a new coffee maker, and it didn't work out of the box. Without hesitation Keurig sent a new one. It works beautifully, and I can't believe how quiet this unit is compared to others I've had.
I purchased the k-supreme single cup model and it was defective. I was so disappointed. But this company truly stood by their warranty. Shipped me a brand new one, with no hassel. I recieved it in record time and I love it.
