I bought this to replace our Mini in our RV. It is much more convenient to use. The first one stopped working after the first descale. They replaced it immediately.
I contacted Keurig regarding issues with my single serve. The rep attempted to resolve but after several attempts it was determined to be defective. A new unit was ordered and delivered without hesitation. Great service!!
My original purchase, of a K-Supreme, was great, however one recent morning, it had apparently lost all functionality. It was still under warranty and Keurig Customer Service replaced it very quickly, with a brand new unit. All is well and we are delighted to have our coffee mornings.
the original coffee maker quit after 3 months, this is an exact replacement of the one i had, i love the fact that it makes larger cups of coffee and i can make it as strong as i like
