My Keurig went dark unexpectedly after only 5-6 months of usage. Kuerig’s rep had a new unit in our hands within 5 days. Unbelievable!!!!! We will forever be Keurig customers.
Our K-Supreme coffee maker is a warranty replacement. It works very well and makes a great cup of coffee. …a big THANK YOU to Keurig for the replacement and complete satisfaction of our new machine.
The keurig works well. Hold a lot of water so it makes a few cups prior to having to refill the carafe. Coffee comes out relatively fast. Keurig is quick and easy company to deal with if anything goes wrong. Very easy to get replacements with their warranty when you register your product
I love the ease of use and quality of the brew. I do wish I had purchased the model that has the larger capacity reservoir. I am happy with the slimmer profile.
I had my k supreme since before Christmas. It just stoped working. I called customer service and answered a few questions and about 5 days latter my replacement arrived. I had registered my coffee maker at site , warranty was in effect. Very friendly and prompt service. Thank you.
