I needed a replacement for my defective Keurig they apparently don't make anymore. I received a better version very quickly and for no extra cost. Best replacement process I've ever experienced.
I like the color grey, and the 12 oz feature as I like to run a strong pod through 2 cycles. I did have an issue after descaling where after 10 months, it stopped working and the light continued to come on. But great warranty, it was replaced free of charge.
We bought a K-cup Supreme to replace our older model, when it bit the dust. The coffee tastes even better than our other pot. When the descale light came on I followed the procedure in the manual, but the light stayed on. I called Keurig to see if there was another step I was missing. The lady I talked with reviewed what we had done with regards to the descaling, and sent us a replacement the same day. Covered under Warrantee!
Now that I have this coffee maker and it’s summertime I can’t wait to make iced coffee. Also Keurig really stands behind their products and I love that
We love that the overall design is slim and sleek and that it takes less space on the counter. We do like the water reservoir being boxed making it simpler to set into place. The buttons are large and easy to see. When the machine died we called and you replaced it with no hassles. All in all it is a good fit for us.
