We love our K-Supreme. I got it in November as a Christmas gift and used it from Christmas to May. I don’t know if we had a power overload or something, but it stopped working. They shipped us a new one within a few days! It was quick and hassle free. They stand behind their warranty and products.

I bought the coffee pot for all of my 8 children and unfortunately I have had a few bad ones. You have sent new ones when I called and for that I am grateful.
It is important to register your items because if you don't you will not get the service that I received. It was simple enough but the person that I first spoke with said I would see a response within 72 hours & I had to call back a week later to ask where we were with the process. It eventually arrived & I'm loving the replacement. Oh, and I have registered the new one, too. Thank you for your help with this.
This coffee maker is excellent for my husband and I. To refill the reservoir is so easy. The container is easy to remove and fill with water. It brews excellent coffee every time.
The features are well designed and there are several choices for cup size. The only drawback is the fact that when coffee is brewing, there is splatter whether you are using a k-cup or your own ground coffee.
