Just over 3 months old and stopped working. In under 7 years this is my 4th Keurig. My longest one worked almost 3 years. I like using ground coffee for 1 cup. For that it’s great
We bought our Keurig coffeemaker, after 6weeks it quit working. Cause unknown. Our warranty covered the replacement. No problems. It took a little longer for replacement to arrive.
I am sad that the machine broke after less than 6 months, specially since it was a gift. Customer service was helpful and fast. I got my replacement machine was shipped quickly and I have coffee again.
My coffee maker stopped working very shortly after I bought it. A phone call to Keurig, with a very pleasant customer service rep and a new Keurig machine was on it's way to me. While no one likes having an issue with a product, I am very pleased with how this was handled. Anna S
