For some unknown reason, my K-Supreme single serve coffee maker died on me after 1 1/2 months. Such is life. I had a very easy time working with the Keurig folks to get a replacement. No muss, very little fuss. I'm glad to receive the replacement because I missed that coffee maker. I had an older Keurig that took forever heat up water. It's still working, though and I used it while I waited for the replacement.

I bought this unit about two months ago and I love it! I love the contemporary design and large water reservoir - fewer water refills saves me time. I can use various sized coffee mugs/cups and clean up is a breeze. I love having different size options - 6, 8, 10 or 12 oz and the coffee tastes great thanks to the multistream technology which puts more holes in the k-cup allowing for better saturation of the coffee grounds. I did have a problem with the descaling light coming on but I contacted customer service and within 15 minutes they had a new machine on the way. Best customer service experience I've ever had!
