Have had mine for exactly a year. Was attempting to clean it with the Keurig kit as directed and it just quit working. Was calling Keurig to inquire as to what I could do to fix it. When to my surprise I was informed it was still under warranty and would send one to me at no cost. I was absolutely shocked but extremely pleased at Keurigs handling of the matter. Not many companies work this way anymore.

I would have given 5 stars but for some reason every once in awhile you have to press it twice before the coffee comes down. This is a replacement machine and it happened with the last one. It works great otherwise.

We have had our keurig replaced 3 times now. At least it breaks within a year so they will replace it. Otherwise it would be one star. I like the coffee maker but it stops brewing a full cup after 6 months.

My keurig of thirteen years was still working be I wanted something more modern looking and deliver hotter coffee so I decided to purchase the k-supreme pro:the white coffee brewer is an update from the huge old one and saves counter space,coffee is hot
Con:cheap plastic made(worked in the industry for 25years)to buy a filter to use other coffee was hard to find in stores and instructions were difficult for a senior
