Purchased in February, 2021, and after 3 months, would not consistently brew chosen amount, approx. every other cup. Regardless of quantity selected, only got about 2 oz. contacted Keurig and received a warranty replacement. After only 2 weeks, we are having same issue as original purchase….beware of poor quality.
Received this a few weeks ago. The new technology make a GREAT cup of coffee! I really appreciate the smaller space it take on the counter too. It is my fifth Keurig…I’m a fan!
The brewer I currently have is a replacement. The original one I purchased seemed to be defective and Keurig replaced it. I purchased it originally because it was easier to refill the reservoir and the machine was very light. To my surprise it was also quiet! It does not have a programable feature so it that's a must in a coffee brewer this is not the one for you. I have had several brewers and have never programmed it so that was OK with me. The one I got to replace the original is red only because it was different and I am very happy with it. I have not descaled it as yet but overall, I love this machine. It has several mug sizes and that was something I did want so this is the perfect fit for me. I would recommend this product!
This is the third Keurig I have received since December. I hope this one last longer than 3 months as that is how long the other 2 lasted. The coffee is great but there is a big problem with them. Return service is good but so inconvenient to have to return them.
I love this coffee maker, I can truly taste the difference. Only reason I couldn't give it a 5 is that it was a replacement for one that only lasted 4 months. But customer service was great!
