Bought the machine and after about one month started telling me and water even though the water reservoir was full. Keurig sent me a new machine and after a while it started saying add water. Thought I would live with it. Tell this morning machine is dead. Keurig is sending me another machine and want me to return this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a replacement for my exact same pilot that died and was under warranty. So you replaced it! I hope that doesn’t happen again. Sure missed it until I received the new one!
I had to get my Supreme replaced after only 7 months. The replacement machine doesn’t make as good if coffee and ozs don’t seem to be as accurate. If I select 6oz it gives about 8 and if I do 8 it’s about 10 and too watery for my tastes.
My coffee maker just quit about 6 months after originally received as a gift. Called and went through troubleshooting with support. No issue with getting a replacement sent and received it 10 days later. Hope it lasts longer than the first one.
We had a problem with the Descaled process and maker quit working. Getting a replacement was quick and easy but after only a few weeks, we are already getting the Descale light again. I don’t understand why it would already be requiring a descaling. Im afraid to try for fear that it will stop working like the previous maker (we had it for approximately five months before we had the problem. Maybe it is just the model.
