They could not have been better or nicer than they were. they first had me do some things to see if it would fix the problem, then when it did they said we will just replace it. I have NEVER had any company be this understanding and nice as they were. Replacement arrived soon and on time.
I received my Keurig as a gift and sadly it would not work. When I inquired what I should do, customer service jumped into action and had a replacement on its way without hesitation. What better way to experience such service than to be treated so well. Kudos to Keurig and their team.
I replaced my older model Keurig with the Supreme. Loved it - easier to use and more versatile. After 4 months, the descale light came on. I referred to the instructions - used white vinegar - but the light stayed on. After a second and third attempt, the light continued to blink. When I called customer service, I spoke with a very friendly, professional and knowledgeable representative. She ordered a new unit for me - it arrived in 2 days. I am very satisfied.
I bought the Supreme six months ago and it always made great coffee that I can personalize to my liking. A few weeks ago the Supreme would not power up. Kuerig replaced it after one call-great service. I am very pleased with the coffee maker and Kuerig
