I had an issue with my K-Supreme. After reviewing what was happening, Kuerig agreed that the unit had an issue and would be replaced under warranty. To my amazement Kuerig replaced my unit under warranty as they said they would, and did so right away. I was very grateful, and would not hesitate to buy Kuerig products. Kuerig stands behind there products.
Mine was a Christmas gift and was having some issues with it. After troubleshooting called customer service. Did a little more troubleshooting with the agent on the line and then unfortunately still same problem. Agent said no problem we will replace your Kuerig and I received my new one within a couple of days. Hard to find service like that anymore.
