Love this Coffee Maker - it has 4 sizes of coffee and the feature that makes it better than others is the handle on the water container. So easy to refill. Customer service is excellent. My pot stopped working and I had a new one in a week sent to my home.

I ordered my first K-Supreme last winter via the website, it arrived mid-delivery window which was a pleasant surprise. I enjoy the options it has over the original, especially the handle on the reservoir. The only issue was the descale light didn’t clear after 4 times of completing the cleaning process, meaning I wasn’t able to make a proper cup. Luckily for me I had called customer service and did that final cleaning with them on the phone with me, they were pleasant to deal with and helpful even though it didn’t work. They ended up sending me a new one which came within 10 work days. This is not a paid for review, I’m just giving credit where it’s due.
