I I am a long time user of Keurig. I like the fact that I can make a single cup of coffee or tea whenever I want to. Because I use a My K Cup I’m able to use whatever coffee I want to in addition to the other more standard methods.
Keurig Supreme stopped working after 7 months. Descaling light came on, I descaled; light would not turn off after reset. Pushed buttons then all the lights went out. Would not turn back on. Contacted Keurig CS, awesome customer service. Received my new replacement in a little over a week. Exact same one I originally purchased. Thank you making the interaction so pleasant.
My husband recently purchased this Keurig for me, within a couple of uses, it malfunctioned and I contacted the service warranty department. They did some troubleshooting with me and decided it wasn’t repairable. They promptly shipped another unit and we are very pleased with it. Love it’s compactness and easy assembly. Thanks for great customer service
Got a new one that heats the coffee hotter than the one replaced, however, feel all models should have a hot button. I make my hotter in the microwave.
