I ad aproblem with my supreme coffee maker....I contacted the warranty department, they cheerfully solved my issue and sent me a replacement. I recieved the replacement in four days. I a again enjoying my fresh coffee. This coffee maker because of it design gets the most flavor from my Keurig coffee pods. Thankyou
This is an exact replacement because the descale light in my old one never turned off after descaling 4 times. I loved my old one until it didn’t work. I’m hoping this one works. Keurig customer service I great and they stand behind their warranty.
I bought my coffee last November and.love it .this is the 3 one . It stopped we were not getting any powder to it. ,.Called customer service and they took care of it by sending a new one . Very Happy. .
I purchased this coffee maker but after about one month the descale light would not go off. I called Customer service and was immediately sent a new brewer. So for this one works great.
