2 month old Keurig stopped powering on. After a quick walk-through over the phone of some troubleshooting, they took my information and I had another replacement coffee maker within 3 to 4 days. Great job.
I had a k Supreme last at around Thanksgiving and it was great I loved it... than in the end of April beginning of May something happen to it... it wouldn't work so I call customer service and they gave me a number to call to troubleshoot with someone over the phone. When that didn't work they were more than happy to send me a replacement.. which I was very happy to get..
Love this new coffee maker. The coffee is more flavorful and bolder. Also I love that Keurig increased the k-cup capacity, placed the water reservoir on the side and stream lined the maker. Highly recommend. Would definitely buy again and customer service is excellent!
For Christmas I bought my wife a new Keurig coffee maker. It made better coffee than the previous unit we had purchased years before. However, by Ash Wednesday it decided to no longer work. She was going to throw it out when I said "let me call the company to see if they will fix it."
After some back and forth they replaced the unit free of charge and it is working very well.
We are pleased with the results and with the way Keurig handled the problem. Thank you.
