I believe there is a design flaw in the K-Supreme machines. This was the second one we've had that fails to reset after the descale process light goes on and the descale cycle is finished. No matter what is done the unit will not go on, dead and unusable. I believe Keurig knows they have this problem but will only address it as people call them to complain and then they need photos from you before it is replaced. Heck of way go. I give it 2 stars since it did work for a while.

I have had mine since February and so needed to clean it after it prompted me to and I couldn’t get it to power up afterwards! So called customer service and they are awesome and sent me a new one!
Love my Keurig..I have had "Many" Keurigs over the years..my 3 sons have purchased them also because they love mine and also my BIL and SIL. I even have the small one cup one that I take on vacations/roadtrips! Makes great fresh one cup at a time coffee!! Love it!!
Had to replace 1st K-supreme coffee maker after just using it for 2 weeks! My sister had to have hers replaced after about 3 months. Reserving my feeling on this coffee maker until I see if it is going to last.
