I bought a K-Supreme Simgle Serve Coffee Maker and it just turned off and would not respond. I called Keurig and after following a few simple steps a replacement was sent to me. My only complaint is that it took about a week and a half to receive the new one, which I realize isn't totally within the company's hands during the shipping process.
I love my coffee-maker very much & was so disappointed when it didn't work anymore after less then a month of use. My husband was in the kitchen first that morning & I don't know if he did something wrong or if it just went out on it's own. Anyway we went without the coffee-maker for several weeks before everything got settled & we finally got the warranty replacement. I still love it & hope it lasts forever. Thanks for the replacement!
I bought the Keurig a few. O this ago and I love it. However, when I tried to descale it, it turned off and would not start again. I contacted you and received the replacement within a few days. The only problem I have now is that I can’t get your system to take the serial number to apply for warranty on this new one. I asked for help but didn’t get anything useful in reply.
I have FINALLY purchased the brewer that exceeds the speed of making a single cup of coffee with the coffee of MY choice; it’s name, the K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker.
I would recommend this to a friend!
