The first one i ordered stopped working in the first month. This one was sent to me with the warranty and seems to be working ok I haven't had any problems with it so far. The coffee is good so it makes it great.
I absolutely love this Keurig. Its a perfect size not bulky like my old Keurig. Old one still worked so I gave it to a friend. I love the strong brew and over ice! I’m happy with my decision to purchase this one. Amazing!
I bought the above item in January, 2021. It stopped working in April, 2021. I registered my Keurig after purchase. I called Keurig and told them the appliance stopped working. They requested I try perform several attempts to the machine working again. I was unsuccessful. They sent me an email with directions for warranty replacement of the K-Supreme. I found my receipt and sent the information via email. It took 2 weeks before I received another unit. I was told to throw my old unit in the trash. I have had Keurig coffee maker for over 10 years. I would not purchase this unit again. It is very cheaply made and lasted just a few months.
When I had an issue with descale light staying on and Keurig rep was unable to talk me through a fix a brand new replacement was at my door within 3 days.
I bought this Keurig Supreme Single Serve coffee maker a month ago and had to replace the unit under warranty. They replaced the unit without hassle and promptly sent a new one after review of my registration
