Warranty replacement process was easy. The machine was not turning on after less than 10 uses! It was a gift. Did not have proof of purchase. Keurig went by serial #. Easy to reach customer service. Courteous live person answers without much hold time. Reminded me of good old times with excellent customer service and company ethics in hassle warranty services. Replacement machine works well so far! we like it.
This is a replacement, my 5th Keurig. I certainly hope it lasts longer than my other 4. I just don't have good luck with them but I have never used the warranty before. We do not have hard water but my Keurigs clog. I use the Keurig cleaner and do it often. Sometimes it would work and other times it would not. My last Keurig became unclogged but the light telling me to descale still flashed no matter what I did. This is why I got a replacement. It was fairly new. I love the convenience of one cup at a time and not wasting a full pot. I also love the ability to choose the cup size.
I bought the first one for travel in December 2020... didn't get it out of the box until last week in April on vacation... on the 5th cup the second day the power woulf not come on so I couldn't use it (bummer) I called Cust Service immediately and the put in a warranty replacement and told me I should receive it with-in a week to ten days which I did... I immediately set it up to use at home for a few weeks to be sure it was going to be okay... I noticed about an hour later that the reservoir was leaking pretty badly so I set it off the base and called customer service again and they ordered me a third one for another warranty replacement.... I set it up and it has been working great so far for about two weeks now so hopefully this one will be my travel companion in another month or so if it continues to do as well as it is now.... Even though I am disappointed in the first two units I am VERY happy with the quick hassle-free customer service for the replacement.....The only reason I gave the quality an average rating is because I had to get three units to get one with no problems..
I love the good coffee and slim profile as it sits on my counter. I love that they speedily sent me a new one after my 4 month old one quit while descaling it.
