It was delivered quickly. It is relatively compact and does not take too much space. Though it pokes 4 holes in the cartridge, and it is supposed to extract more coffee, I did not notice any difference from the previous model that pokes only one hole. At any rate, I am happy with this one.

This is my replacement for the first one I bought. I was having an issue with descaling, It just would not descale no matter how many times I cleaned it. So after a call with customer service I was sent a new one. So far so good.
