My Keurig quit working and I received a replacement within a week! The new unit made me realize that the original didn't work properly from the beginning. I'm super pleased with my new one!
Solid warranty. Full replacement. After having significant problems in getting the proper consistency in my Keurig multi stream Coffee maker I spoke with the Carey customer service department. They agreed that the coffee maker was not functioning as intended and after attempting several adjustments as instructed by the customer service representative they decided to replace the coffee maker with a new unit. I was very pleased of course with the final result. Kudos to Keurig for honoring their warranty Provisions.
Purchased in Dec. 2020 for my husband . He loves the convenience of making 1 cup at a time. We had an issue when the descale light came on. After descaling it with the keurig solution as well as trying vinegar and water, the light would not go out. Keurig was very accommodating and sent us a replacement immediately. No hassles. I am pleased with the product and the sevice.
This is my 4th Keurig coffee maker and I think it is the best one ever! The size is perfect - no more behemoth coffee maker on the counter. It can live tucked under the cabinets and I can still open the lid to place the pod. It is very quiet compared to my old ones and the handle on the water tank is much easier to remove for filling. And the best feature is the speed in which it heats and brews. Don't forget to buy the new universal MyKcup coffee filter and remove the red plug for the new brewers if you like to use your own coffee vs. the pods. The new brewing system has 5 points where water enters the pod.
