I need to start by saying that we love using this. It’s fast, convenient, and completely user friendly. The help we received in our warranty replacement was top notch. The process was so easy and with no time at all we were brewing our morning cup of joe with our new replacement.
I WAS HAPPY with the product although it quit working after four months. My experience with your customer service was very positive. The new machine was sent promptly. Hopefully this one will last.
This replacement is working great. Keurig made sure that I received a quality machine after the previous one malfunctioned, and it was delivered in 2 days.

My first one was a Christmas gift my fiance and I fell in love with with my coffee maker. Then when it wouldn't work I called they told me that they would replace it for me for free and I was so grateful. It showed up when they said it was going to and I'm a happy woman there because I have my coffee back in my life yay thank you so much
