We bought our single Supreme Keurig in October and by April it just wouldn't turn on anymore. When I called Keurig about replacement they were very nice and told me what to do to get a new one. The only issue was when we sent them our proof of purchase by email they said they couldn't open our attachment. We sent it pdf, jpeg, and jpg! After the 3rd try something finally worked and they shipped us a brand new machine. We were thrilled to get it so quickly. We missed having it!
I bought this for a Christmas gift and after 4 months it quit working. It had been registered, so I wrote Keurig, they wrote back immediately & told me to send them a picture of my Proof of Purchase and it I got an answer immediately saying they were going to replace the unit and I got it that same week. Great service!

The new technology extracts the rich, full flavor of the coffee. I like the fact that the unit doesn’t need to preheat the water. You can brew multiple cups very quickly.
We got the Keurig for a Christmas gift and it stopped working. I called the company and talked to a representative about the concern. She was very friendly and walked me through the process to get in touch with a person to get the coffee maker warranted. I enjoyed dealing with the Keurig company as they were very friendly and warranted the product. It’s hard to find a company that stands behind their product the way they did. I am telling friends and family about how happy I was with the service.
