My old Keurig, which I had for years, slowly gave up the ghost, eventually refusing to turn on. So of course we were relieved to get this new one, but it is also (so far) the best thing since sliced bread. It looks sleek, it makes coffee fast, the reservoir holds plenty of water, the filter works beautifully, and it makes great, great coffee. Much better coffee than our old machine, no matter what size coffee we choose. And I really love 1) being able to remove the base for larger drinks (12 oz is largest) and 2) being able to use clear items like a measuring cup instead of a mug.

We had to request a replacement for our 6 month old maker as it just died after completing the descaling process. But we were so happy with this new model we wanted another one just like it and will keep our fingers crossed it lasts us a long time.
We love that it is quick (no waiting for it to warm up), it is much quieter than older models, it does not seem to drip after brewing so it's easier to keep clean, the "strong" button option which does taste stronger, the handle on the water reservoir for easier filling, that it turns itself off after 5 minutes, and the size of the maker (it doesn't take up as much counterspace)..

I had bought a KEURIG for my camper, my one at the house was 7 years old. It died, I opened my one for the camper and began to use it and the descale came on, I descaled it and it would not come on again. I called costumer support we went through the trouble problems. They sent me a new replacement KEURIG with in 7 days.
