We have been Keurig users for many years. The K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker was an upgrade which we really enjoyed. We were not expecting to have to use the warranty replacement because of excellent experiences with previous units. When contacting Keurig they were very receptive to our need for replacement of the unit and response time was excellent.
This is a replacement for the original Keurig Supreme I bought 2 months ago. My original brewer’s descaling light came on so I went through the process. It never worked after that. Could not turn on the machine. Unplugged and let it sit for a while. Plugged back in but nothing happened. Needless to say I was very disappointed with the brewer. Certainly hope the replacement works longer than the original purchase.
My new Keurig died after 30 days! Ugh! Contacted Keurig customer service and a new machine arrived very quickly. This is my fourth keurig so its good to know they back their products.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The questions posed are loaded. Of course the product will do everything "asked" by the questions posed, it's what Keurig is trying to sell, but in this case, they are true answers. The product is wonderful and makes great coffee. What else should it do.
