I bought this back in November of 2020 we had to call a couple times for the grounds being in the cup. Then in April of 2021 we call again cause we couldn’t make any coffee we lost about 4 kcups was on line with your company and had to wait 7/10 days no coffee pot in the mail so we called again on hold 20 minutes they told 6 days go by and I called again we finally got it on 4/19/2921
I've been a Keurig owner for almost 20 years and I can't recommend it enough. My original Keurig (which I passed on to my family) is still in use and works well. Great concept, value and customer service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great until it’s not

I bought my first k-supreme machine in sept 2020… it broke after 6 months, just wouldn’t turn on. Called customer service, after two weeks of trying to get a replacement sent out, I got the replacement machine. The replacement spurt water all over the place and every cup of coffee looked like a cup of tea. Unless you pushed down on the top to keep it closed it didn’t work.
Please buy anything other than Keurig. It’s a crap shoot with what you get with them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Original K-Supreme coffee maker only lasted 6 months before quitting. I called Keurig. After sending photo of serial number from old unit I received a new one in about a week. Great job Keurig! You were good on your word.
Our K-Supreme stopped working 3-4 months after purchasing it. We called Keurig Customer Service and they went through several steps in an attempt to revive it. After all the steps failed the customer service agent was happy to initiate a free replacement. The agent was very courteous and professional and we received the replacement in 11 days! We are very happy with Keurig as the stand behind their products.
