I purchased a Keurig K-Supreme in December of 2020. When the Descale light came on I followed the on-line instructions for descaling but the light remained on. Keurig sent me a new K Supreme. I am impressed how Keurog stands behind their products.
I got my Kurig for Christmas After a few months the descaler light came on I descaled it and the light would not go off I called and was sent me a replacement Thank you
Received a replacement Kuerig after having an issue with one purchased in December. Rep I dealt with was very helpful and had another Kuerig shipped to us.
I descaled my KSupreme with the Keurig descaled according to the directions. At the end of the process my machine started to smoke and blew the circuit. I called and spoke to a lovely representative who told me, as I did not have the receipt, to take a picture f the coffee maker and the serial number and send it in. I did just that and never heard back. Over a week later I got a request to evaluate the service. I told them that I never heard back from them. Then I received a notice that my pictures were too close up took more pictures, was told that they were too far away, took more pictures, told they weren’t clear enough so I sent more pictures. After all the back and forth my replacement was approved. Exhausting process to replace a coffee maker that could have started a fire. I do like the product but have concerns about de scaling the new one when it needs it.
I have owned Keurig coffee pots for many many years. This latest one I purchased quit working in less than a year and I’m the only want to use it. When I called the company to see but I could do to fix it, they immediately said they would send me a new one and they did. The new one works very well and I am happy to have good coffee Conveniently at home again!
