So sad

Bought the new Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve 2 weeks ago. Loved it from the start, great that the water reservoir is on the side and has a handle an the multi-puncture of the K-cup seemed to provide a better cup of coffee. Then...same issue as others. Turned it on this morning, filled up the water and went to start and it went dark. Nothing seems to bring it back to working condition. I would still love this version but a little worried when I saw others are having a similar issue. Not sure next steps...Love a Keurig cup of coffee.

I bought in December, had a problem in April and they had a new, free of charge replacement to me in 3 days. Could not ask for better consumer service, or a better coffee pot
When I had problems with my 3 month old brewer, I called the help line. Together we tried many ways to fix it but we're not successful. Because of the warranty, I was sent a replacement brewer at no extra charge. Thank you Keurig! You have a customer for life.
I appreciate that Keurig gives warranty on their products.My coffee maker stopped working but was easily replaced because it was under warranty.The only issue i had was that when we bought it came with k cup universal reusable coffee maker which was not replaced.Customer service was awesome and the process was completed with no delays

Quiet Operation

Bought this for my office and mostly use it for my afternoon cup of tea. Very quiet operation, hot, hot water. Except today I forgot my coffee so made a "strong" setting with dark roast k-cup. Good & hot water; less than weak coffee. Disappointing as my large Keurig at home brews it fine, but this little deal does not. Tried it twice.

I love the design and your good customer service. I am on my 3rd Keurig in 6 months. The problem has been that the descale light comes on and won't go off after I have followed all the directions. Maybe a reset button or something. Hope this 3rd one works right. It makes a great cup of coffee
This is a replacement won’t power on And stop letting out enough water
