Needs work

I would have given this item 5 stars IF it was made with better materials. This is my second Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker. The first was sent back to another seller. The bar that is used to pull down on the K-Cups has two tiny pieces of plastic easily broken. If those pieces were metal, it would have been durable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love our little coffee pot!

I bought mine just a few months ago. It developed a problem when I ran the descale on it- I called CS and the woman was very knowlegable & walked me through a few things to try & "reboot" it. When that didn't work- she sent me a new one!! Great service!!

Bought it in January— (I had my last one for 5 years) this one has a much smaller “footprint “ with a tank that keeps water for 4 good size mugs for coffee and tea! I got a warning light to descale it.. looked up instruction on line(they are not included with machine) I tried twice to get the light to go off(mind you I have only used RO water in it from my tap) The Iight would not go out and my OCS could not deal with constant light.. so I called customer service.. they were great walked me thru the steps(for the third time) and then nice customer service person sent me a new machine! The KERIG PEOPLE are awesome And really cherish happy customers!

Best cup of coffee ever. It is nice to have a fresh cup of coffee when you’re in the mood every time.I do think the price is a little high for a coffee maker. But then again, you get what you pay for.

We are really enjoying our new machine. It’s doesn’t take up nearly the space that our duo did and has lots of options to choose from. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is the coffee isn’t hot enough. I have to put it in the microwave every time.
