Hunk of Junk

I purchased the machine and 2 months later it overheated while cleaning and stopped working entirely. It can be fixed but you have to pry the thing open and press a hidden reset button. Support just sent me a new one. The new one worked great for about 3 days, then it started leaking all around the K-Cup resulting in half strength coffee full of grounds. Support sent me a 3rd machine. Just set the 3rd machine up and it will only make about 8 oz of coffee on the 12 oz setting. I will never buy another Keurig product. Search online for other customers' experiences (Reddit). Keurig has released a defective design and they know it. They will just have you go thru the same troubleshooting steps, send a you a new brewer, and eventually it seems like they hope you'll just give up.

Piece of JUNK!!!!!

I am on my third one in a little over a year Keurig keeps replacing it and after you descale it the light stays on and it leaks. Don't waste your money. I will never buy another Keurig product ever. My original Keurig was 9-10 yrs old and worked fine, but I wanted on slimmer profile should have keep my old one. Done replacing it going to the dump.

Disappointed Again

Replaced a SMART Keurig that worked fine for about 17 months then just died completely all at once. I replaced with this one - died in 3 weeks. Took it back and traded for another, will see how long this one lasts. My old original Keurig lasted several years. Very disappointed in current junk.

Didn't last a year of use

Bought this for a vacation home. I drink one large cup of coffee a day and this unit quit working at about 300 days of use. Way too expensive for such short life.
