The first machine had the descale light illuminated a week after purchase. It was very messy during use. I received a replacement, and the light is not illuminated, but this machine makes splatter much more than any other model I've owned.

I just received a warranty replacement K-Supreme Single Serve after the first one that I purchased quit working after only three months. I'm the only coffee drinker in the house, and I only drink one cup a day, so it's not like the coffee maker is over worked.
I really like this product, but I'm concerned about it's long term reliability.
