Got my k-supreme a month ago & I love it..love how quite it brews..how slim the unit is..how it pulls the water as needed..the ease of the settings .. great improvements
The first machine had the descale light illuminated a week after purchase. It was very messy during use. I received a replacement, and the light is not illuminated, but this machine makes splatter much more than any other model I've owned.
I just received a warranty replacement K-Supreme Single Serve after the first one that I purchased quit working after only three months. I'm the only coffee drinker in the house, and I only drink one cup a day, so it's not like the coffee maker is over worked. I really like this product, but I'm concerned about it's long term reliability.
I bought this in December and it had a problem with descaling indicator during first clean up process. Customer support was great and they sent me a new one at no cost! Still love the great coffee and the flexible settings options!
