I like the machine but the descaling process is not easy to do and tried the process 3 times and the blinking light of descaling does not stop. I will not buy the same model next time.
I am actually not happy with this brewer. The coffee is too mild even using the strong button with 6oz size

Purchased 2 gave one as a gift. Unfortunately one quit after about 4 months but with the great warranty I received a new one very quickly with no hassle. I wouldn't use any other coffee maker.
My Keuirig suddenly went out and would not power up. I called Keurig and they stand behind their product. Love the new multistream and will recommend to friends and family.
