We purchased the K-Supreme because we saw a great deal. We had an older Keurig that was till working but figured we just couldn't pass up the deal. We received our K-Supreme and loved it. The coffee actually is better than the old models. Sometime later, we noticed it was dripping from 2 to 5 places instead of the 1. The 1 stream in the middle would be coffee and the other 2 to 5 would be water. So we found instructions for descaling this model. Completed the process twice and it still had issues. My wife took a video assuming they would want to see what we were talking about. We called them and within ten minutes, they asked us to check a couple things and were getting our shipping information to send us a replacement. That replacement arrived in about 4 days and we were back to normal. We had to contact them again to get the shipping information to send the old one back but that wasn't really an issue.
I bought this Keurig back in December and have used and loved it every sense. I had a problem with it and I call Keurig, they walked me thru different scenarios but nothing worked. Since it was still under warranty, they immediately sent me a replacement. I received the replacement in 3 days, amazing service! Folks remember to fill out the warranty info online, your best defense if something should go wrong within the 1st year.
Coffee quality not nearly as good as the old K40; bad value for the $$
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
