This was a replacement of my Keurig. I am very pleased with my replacement K-Supreme coffee maker! The staff on the phone were extremely helpful in assisting me to return my coffee maker.
This is my third Keurig. The first one I had for 8 years but decided to trade up to this new model. My second Keurig was the same exact model as this one but became defective after 2 months of normal use. Since it was under warranty, I called and Keurig replaced it with my current model.
While I was waiting for the replacement to arrive, I pulled out my old coffee brewer that need a filter and included a glass pot. Wow, I don't miss that at all!
Having and using a Keurig is so easy and would recommend it to all!
I bought this about 3 weeks to a month ago. I am using it everyday. The coffee has so much more flavor with this new technology! I love the handle on the fill tank it is very easy to fill from my water cooler.
I received my Keurig as a Christmas gift. I had it for three months and it just went dead. I loved the pot when it worked. Customer care took care of me for a replacement but I do not trust this pot will last any longer if they haven't corrected their problem. If this pot dies I will certainly be calling them again.
I purchased this brewer back in November to replace my old dinosaur Keurig which I had close to 10 years. Unfortunately my brewer stopped working 5 months later. Upon calling the manufacturer, they told me that they would replace it free of charge upon receipt of a photo of the serial number. Fair enough, 2 weeks later my replacement unit arrived. So glad to deal with a company with such great customer service!
