It was awful, when my 3 month old, brewer stopped working.... Keurig is a great company to work with!!! Replacement was done without a big hassle.... Hopefully this model will last me as many years as I had with my older Keurig model....
i received my keurig as a gift for christmas and unfortunately it broke 3 months later. I contacted the company and a replacent was sent to me with no Hassle.
Keurig replaced my brewer after the light would not go off after descaling and the product was still under warranty. This model seems more complicated than prior Keurig brewers I've owned so it is important to follow directions precisely.
I jut received my replacement Keurig a few weeks ago and it died. Totally will not go on at all just like the last one. I am reading that this is very common occurrence. I have to call Keurig and go thru this replacement process again!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t work with eco friendly pods

I have to manually push the top down on the pod as hard as I can to get coffee that’s not water . It’s ridiculous. I’ve had it like 3 months and I’m looking for something different. If you don’t use keurig pods , don’t buy this one
