Bought it as a Christmas present, had to have it replaced because it stopped working. Customer service was awesome. We sent them the info they needed and we received a new one. Thank you Keurig !

The size of this coffee maker is perfect. The only thing it seems to run out of water very quickly. I like how there’s a button for making a stronger cup of coffee too.
My original Keurig purchase stopped working and I called Keurig asking for assistance . Once it was determined the unit was bad Keurig immediately sent me a replacement unit. No hassles.
