I bought my Keurig in October and it just stopped working 4 mo later- but customer service was great and sent me a new one immediately. And now I am back to making great coffee each morning. I have had many Keurigs and this is the first time I have had a problem with any of them.
I was given this Keurig for my birthday and loved it. Something did go wrong with the unit BUT Keurig was amazing at replacing it and now I have the best coffee ever!
I love my k- supreme. It holds more water and with the pitcher in the back takes up less counter space. Also instant on and shuts off after each cup, saving electricity.
