I purchased my single serve Keurig 3 months ago and then suddenly it quit working. I didn’t register the machine when it was purchased and threw the box away. After calling and talking to to the rep they were able to trace from the serial number and replaced my keurig right away. Excellent customer service!!
We bought the product a month ago and it wasn’t working properly the buttons were sticking and wouldn’t brew the size cup that we wanted. We called customer service and they couldn’t have been nicer and replacing our Unit and sending us a brand new one. We couldn’t be happier with your customer service at your product!
First one didn't work well from the very beginning. Didn't quite close all the way. Weak coffee, grounds in it all the time. Constant clean brewer light. Keurig sent replacement and this works great. So far, no grounds, can select strong brew and it closes neatly. No gap.
A major improvement over the 3 prong model. This 5 prong makes the coffee taste like I just brewed a pot of coffee. I drink mine black and never thought a k-cup could rival a pot of fresh brewed. I am a believer and so glad I got this machine.
Bought Keurig back omin September 2020 and stopped working in March 2021. Contacted Keurig and immediately sent a replacement that was covered under warranty. Happy with the replacement brewer.
