Bad Unit

This unit was a replacement that Keurig sent me when I had issues with a different model, from the get go this was terrible - when using your own grounds you have to use a multiple holders and getting them locked in right was tricky at times, I too had issues with the descaling and did everything that cusotmer service said and light would never go out and lastly the unit would tell me to add water when it was 98% full - I would have to giggle the tank a few times and then it would be OK. Finally last night I went to use it and it shot out one full burst of coffee about 2 tablespoons and then it shut completely off and you could smell smoke!!! My unit wasn't even year old! I could wait for customer service to send a replacement as I am having people in today - so I had to go by a new one and I didn't get this model! Hopefully this one last longer or I will find something different.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working

Bought this Keurig over a year ago. Took care of it as instructed, but now the warranty is up it will not turn on. It worked for only 1.5 years. Not worth the investment and does not live up to the standards that you expect from Keurig. Will not be buying a Keurig again to replace it

Poorly made

I bought this coffee maker in February 2022, by April 2022 it quit working. It would not turn on. I called Keurig and they replaced the unit. In July of 2022, the replacement machine require descaling. I followed the steps, and then the unit would not turn on after completing the process. I called Keurig again, and they replaced the unit. It is now September and I made a cup of coffee and 30 minutes later my husband went to brew his cup and the machine spit out 1 tablespoon of coffee and shut off!!! My first Keurigs lasted years!!! I have no idea what happened to quality control and production, but there is a REAL problem here.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this model after I used one at a friends home. This model is my favorite compared to past models. I love how quickly it brews and the water tank is easy to grab with the addition of a handle. I would purchase this again or as a gift!

Love it's convenience

It's been many years since I had a keurig and the difference between what I was using is amazing. The new keurig brews so fast! The temperature is perfect and with 5 holes the flavor is so much better.
This is the 4th Keurig I have purchased. I have loved all of the ones before, but this one - wow - it is so quiet, it is so small, but holds a lot of water. It doesn't take much time to heat up, and I do not have to leave it on. The only issue I had was that I could not use the k-cup refillable cups that I currently had with it. But that was a small price compared to the benefits.
I would recommend this to a friend!

As with other buyers/reviewers, the machine died after I tried to descale it per Keurig's own instructions. Just plain quit! This is obviously a known and widespread problem given the fact that so many others are having the very same problem. The machines need to be removed from being sold.
I see that they are on sale now. Keurig trying to off-load defective products?
