After a bad experience with my last keurig supreme, This replacement it’s working good and hopefully it works pretty well for the whole year and more. Thanks.
My Keurig Supreme unit locked up and I tried using suggestions on the website to remedy the problem, but after failing to resuscitate it, contacted customer service. After describing the problem, I was sent a shipping label to print and return the unit to the factory. A short time later a brand new unit arrived and I could put my Keurig 2,0 back into reserve storage.
The first one we bought was leaking at the base. I called . Keurig and they shipped it out. Within a couple of days. I like how quick it makes my coffee.
For the most part I love it! Definitely notice a richer more flavorful cup of coffee than with my old Keurig. I love the four size options and the fact that it states the number of ounces as opposed to the pictures of the cups. (It’s the little things). The compact size is so much better on my countertop and the water reservoir is easier to fill with the handle.
The only thing I’m not thrilled with...... I use a lot of ground coffee, so I use the reusable “My K Cup”. The k cup holder in the machine is much harder to pop out to get the reusable one in than it was in my older machine. There’s less space at the back to get your fingers in there.
