My 6 month old K-Supreme quit working and the company had a replacement on the way to me the next day. Great service!

We used our original Keurig everyday, once we moved we bought the Keurig supreme to better fit the aesthetic of our new kitchen. It looks great! Very sleek and love the matte finish, the handle on the reservoir is so nice. However, none of our travel mugs fit in the space under the dispenser. We have lost the convenience of throwing the travel mug on and making a to go cup before work in the morning. If I still had the box, I would definitely be returning this item for one that fits our needs. Very disappointed by that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Same Issues Continue with this Model

Our single brewer was replaced about 6 weeks of so. We are having the same issues. The descale light has come on once again and will not go off. Last model after descaling 3 times (consecutively over a week) there was no change until one morning maker would no longer work. DO YOU REALIZE HOW MUCH TIME IT TAKES TO DESCALE THIS MACHINE! Customer Service was great with the replacement-Kudos!!! But here we are again. We are anticipating that in about a week this machine will just stop working. We had the larger Keurig model for 15 years and never had a problem (no water filters to purchase or insert, no descaling solution to purchase and utilize). If the machine slowed down, we cleaned with vinegar. I am beginning to think this particular model has a defect. Please assist us as to where we go from here. If this stops working is Keurig going to replace this one as well? Can you tell us how we can turn the light off? Should we be concerned? Please help. I only have one cup a day it is my only vice, I need that cup in the a.m. Thank you.
Well it took a while, and you were out of Red (original one), but I like the black one. I did try to register the new one for the warranty, but couldn't.
This model is slim and simple to set up and operate. Our unit would not restart after being turned off for cleaning but the company replaced it without any hassles (we did have our receipt and had only used the machine for a few months). Glad to have this coffee maker.
I have trouble with my brewer. It puts out to many grounds with coffee. Not pleased with my brewer. They sent a new brewer to me with the same problems. I will give them both to someone. My old one works great!
