My first K K supreme became faulty always said descale and wouldn't give me hardly any ounces but then I got my warranty replacement a month ago and it still runs great! I love all the features and it's a great little coffee maker Hopefully it'll stay that way this time
I received a cracked machine, but overall i love my machine.

Break Very Easily

I have only had my Keurig K-Supreme for a couple months and it already broke. I had not used it in a week, went to run a rinse brew before I made myself a cup of coffee and it "ran" dispensed no water and then shut off with a burning smell. Now it will not power back on. Terrible manufacturing in opinion if you can't go a short period of time betweeen uses. I also descaled it about a week before I didn't use it for a week. I'm very disappointed as I had wanted a Keurig for a long time when I bought it.
I bought back in December 2020. Small malfunction after 2 months use stopped working. Called Keurig explained problem went through a few possible remedies. Still no luck. They asked for serial number and proof of purchase..then bam here's your new K- Supreme! No cost, no heartache. Received and working perfectly! Thanks Keurig!

Burned out while descaling

Purchased for wife at Christmas. Worked great until the descale light came on. Followed directions to descale. Was just about finished when the machine began to smoke. Unplugged immediately, but now it won’t work. Tried in multiple outlets, but nothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
